1. About HeyBibby and the Nature of the Service

HeyBibby is an AI-powered meal planning tool ("App") that provides informational meal suggestions for children aged 0 to 12 years. The App is operated by HeyBibby ("we", "us", "our"). It is a technology product, not a healthcare service, dietary advisory service, or medical practice.

The App is a general-purpose informational tool. It does not know your child. It generates outputs based on the inputs you provide. The quality, appropriateness, and safety of all dietary decisions made based on those outputs are entirely your responsibility as the parent or guardian.

Nothing in these Terms or the App's outputs creates any professional relationship, duty of care (beyond what is non-excludable by law), or advisory relationship between HeyBibby and you or your child.

2. Acceptance — Binding Agreement and Guardian Warranty

Your Acceptance Is a Legal Warranty — Read Before Proceeding

By creating an account or using the App in any way, you enter into a legally binding contract with HeyBibby on these Terms.

You represent and warrant, as a condition of use, that:

(a) You are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);

(b) You are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) whose information you enter, with full legal authority to act on their behalf;
